Hiking the Indian Painted Rocks Trail

Indian Painted Rocks Trailhead is a great trail. I really like this lower trail because I know a lot of people that don’t necessarily love hiking up hill. This trail that follows the river is pretty flat but I think there are a few more in the area that I still need to explore a bit.

There’s a lot of great trails in the Spokane area that you could get to within 15-30min. It’s amazing what walking down a trail looking at nature, plants, and animals does for your body’s batteries. I always feel instantaneously recharged like a fog has lifted from my brain. I encourage everyone to take some time and put the phone on airplane mode.

Take only pictures… Leave only footprints…
