What if I’m listing land with no interiors needed but it put a sqft in there?
Just select “under 1,000sf” for the property size on the address page.
What if there is no address?
Just enter the closest address and text/email me the parcel number or pin.
Do the property websites (similar to Tour Factory) cost extra?
Yes, they are available in the dashboard and offered through RelaHQ and cost $25 for a set amount of time published online.
What if the property size is incorrect or I only need one floor shot for example
No worries, just change to what you need on the address page and let me know what to exclude.
Can I re-schedule?
Rescheduling is simple via the dashboard, just make sure you reschedule 12hrs before the appointment. Reschedule as many times as necessary.
It’s vacant and there’s a lock-box on it. Do I need to be there?
If you have a lock-box code that you can send me and it’s ready to go, go focus on more important things while I get everything you’ll need. I always close the blinds, turn off lights, and lock up when I’m done.
Can I do anything to make the shoot go smoother?
It helps if everything is ready to go and there’s as few people there as possible, Especially on the Zillow 3D tours. It normally works best if we hide from each other on different floors or if everyone hides in the garage. I can’t edit those, we can’t have anyone’s head peeping around the corner in shots. It happens 😉
