Anna’s hummingbird (Calypte anna)
I love these birds. I saw this guy in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. He was kinda skiddish at first, but I waited there with him until he was curious enough to come check me out. I had to move to the right more and more to get that color in there. That soft, morning light really turned on the iridescence on his throat and crown.
