3D renderings are great if you aren’t quite finished with building or you want to show a certain feel to your property. In this case the property wasn’t completed yet so we had artist renderings created so the client could market, to fill the units before completion of the build.
All we need to get started on these is a floor plan, blueprints, and/or detailed exterior photos. Text me if you have any questions or would like a quote. Normally they average 450 for the exterior renderings and 300 for the 2 level floor plans. It can be more if I have to scan the 3D Zillow Floor Plan or have to shoot exteriors to get the base content we need to get started.
